Agreement to Terms

By requesting services or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a service quote or partnership.

Service Agreement

When you request a quote from Nettoyage Uno:

  • Quotes are customized based on your specific facility needs and service requirements
  • A formal service agreement will be provided before services begin
  • Services are provided by our in-house team of trained cleaning professionals

Quote & Proposal Validity

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may be adjusted for changes in facility size, service scope, or frequency. We guarantee to provide custom proposals within 24 hours of site visits.

Service Modifications

You may request changes to your cleaning schedule, scope, or frequency at any time. We will provide revised pricing if modifications affect service costs. We require 48 hours notice for schedule changes when possible.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Standard payment terms are net 30 days. We accept various payment methods including checks, bank transfers, and credit cards. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Quebec law.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply for contracts with minimum terms. We will provide a pro-rated refund for any prepaid services not rendered.

Liability & Insurance

Nettoyage Uno maintains comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided in the affected period.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage direct communication to resolve the matter amicably. If needed, disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action. Both parties agree to make good faith efforts toward resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Quebec courts.
