How UNO started
Mike Sicoli has been in the cleaning industry since age 17 — starting with door-to-door pressure washing in LaSalle. In 2022, he founded Nettoyage UNO with a simple conviction: commercial cleaning should be built on accountability, not just contracts.
UNO was built as the opposite of a franchise model. No subcontracted cleaning. No rotating strangers. Every employee is in-house, trained on your specific facility, and assigned to your building long-term. That consistency is what keeps partnerships lasting three years and beyond.
Today, UNO maintains over 1,000,000 sqft weekly across Montreal — from offices in Downtown to manufacturing facilities in Saint-Laurent. Every client has direct access to management. That's not a tagline. That's how we operate.
